The Mysterious Glow Worms
Day 22
Early morning, we drove for 45 min to reach the Waitomo Caves – a cave with glowworms. We signed up for the black labyrinth tour which required us to walk through the cave and whizz down the river to observe the glow worms. Due to its dangerous path, I could not bring my DSLR camera to capture video inside.
Instead, our tour guide took picture for us during the cave tour.
Although the tour guide was unable to take pictures of the glow worms, below are photos from Google showcasing what I saw that day.
