 Travel Footage from Peru and Bolivia

Three things I learned about in these two countries: 1) The scenery is beautiful 2) Altitude sickness can affect anybody - even if you are fit!  3) Churches are very different from the ones in Europe! Different style.

Day 13

We came back to civilization and toured around the city, La Paz. We signed up for a free walking tour and discovered some cool interesting story about the capital.

We walked by a witches' market, which sells fetus llamas. These items are everywhere.

Day 9


We have finally arrived in Bolivia, La Paz, a city located about 3,600 metres/ 12,000 feet high. To get to La Paz, we had to cross the Peru/Bolivia border at Copacabana. At the border, it was not too difficult for me (Canadian) to get an immigration pass and enter the country. However, we saw some American tourists having great difficulty. I believe that all Americans have to pay a $200 CDN fee just to get their immigrat...
